Allison Haindfield
Senior Policy Associate
Allison joined The Complete Agency in November 2022 after spending nearly 6 years in the U.S. Senate, including more than 4 years as Director of Operations and Scheduling for Senator Deb Fischer. In that role, she served as one of the Senator’s senior advisors for all strategic planning and scheduling operations. Throughout her tenure, she established deep, trusting relationships with the Senator, staff, and other Members of Congress that continue to this day.
Allison began her time on Capitol Hill as an intern in the offices of Senators Deb Fischer and Chuck Grassley. She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating with a degree in Political Science and English and a minor in History. While in college, Allison worked as a consultant in the university’s Writing Center and served as a Research Assistant at the university’s Center for Brain, Biology, and Behavior.
Allison also serves as a Senior Policy Advisor for Engage, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting women’s economic security. She has a deep appreciation for food, wine, and hospitality, and has studied at the Capital Wine School in Washington, D.C., where she received an award in Wines through the Wine Spirit & Education Trust.
